Paggamot, Libreng Bunot sa Tatalon” Over
300 patients answered the call.19 doctors, 3 pharmacists, 21 assistants
and 2 priests happily spent their Sunday afternoon, November 23,
1997, performing corporal works of mercy. There were 3 ophthalmologists,
3 dermatologists, 2 pediatricians, 3 oral-maxillo facial surgeons,
1 general practitioner / surgeon, 1 obst.-gynecologist, 1 urologist
and 5 dentists. It was a beautiful success to be repeated in a
few months. Providential help was truly visible. For instance,
two days before the mission, while still in need of some medicines,
one of the organizers walked in one of our dentist’s clinic, nervously
asking where could we find a generous pharmacist. The good Lord
heard the call: the patient on the dental chair replied that his
parents were the owners of a large pharmaceutical company!
