On May 21, Ascension Thursday, Bishop Lazo wrote his historical profession of faith in a beautiful letter to the Pope. He read it in the Church after the Solemn High Mass.   77. Bishop Lazo was in great form during the press conference which followed the public reading of his letter to the Pope.   78. The first SSPX Filipino priest, Fr. Joven Soliman, was ordained in Our Lady of Victories Church , by H.E. Bishop Fellay on July 11.   79. Fr.
